In the past we have treated the blog as a place only for news and tips while our mail list and chat room contained the development talk. This at times may have given Cosmos the appearance of being a slow moving project.
I'm going to start posting development notes and thoughts, important posts from the dev list, etc. This I hope will help those who do not want all the traffic of the dev list or chat room keep up with what is going on internally and provide more opportunities for comment.
In addition, it will provide a place of archival for new members to see current development directions. At some point in the future we may split the blog into two into news, and dev thoughts.
